试论对高校毕业生困难群体的就业服务与指导

在我国经济结构调整、转型加速和国际金融危机对我国就业的不利影响还将延续的情况下,我国宏观就业形势依然严峻,大学生的就业竞争达到前所未有的激烈。随之在高校中出现了毕业生困难群体,这个群体由于个人或社会、家庭因素等原因,导致他们在就业竞争中处于弱势地位,文章指出了对这一群体就业服务与指导的策略。
