我国国民储蓄研究:文献综述

中国国民储蓄研究可以总结为合理国民储蓄率的标准问题、国民储蓄的实证研究和国民储蓄的调节与扩大消费对策研究。重点对合理国民储蓄率的标准判断尤其是西方主流理论中的"动态无效"判断方法、高储蓄的原因以及对居民储蓄、政府储蓄、企业储蓄的实证研究进行评判,并在此基础上提出中国国民储蓄需要进一步研究的问题和基本思路。

Study on National Savings in China: A Survey

Researches on national savings in China can be summed up into three aspects including the yardstick of reasonable national saving rate,empirical analysis on national savings,and the consumption countermeasures for regulating and enlarging national savings.The paper focuses on the yardstick of reasonable national saving rate,especially the method of "dynamic inefficiency" in western mainstream theory,the reason of high national savings,and an empirical analysis is made on the savings of households,overnment and enterprises respectively.Research topics and basic research thoughts on national savings in China are proposed by the authors based on the research.
