| 摘 要： | 转换成本与企业技术创新选择的关系是我国经济生活中的一个重要问题,但一直未受到充分重视。从理论角度对转换成本的构成、影响以及成因进行分析,进而探讨企业的技术创新选择,是一个十分重要的研究路径。我国虽然是后发国家,但由于多方面原因企业面临的技术转换成本形势是非常严峻的,转换成本对我国企业的技术发展形成了严重制约 我国企业如何有效克服转换成本障碍或有效减少转换成本,从而不断提高技术水平,其中技术创新选择是尤为重要的。

| Abstract: | The relation between transformation cost and enterprises' innovation choice is the key point in Chinese economy. This paper analyzes the structure, influence of transformation cost, and the causes of formation, attempting to explore the way to properly deal with the relation between transformation cost and enterprises' innovation choice. China is a developing country with a burden of transformation cost. Transformation cost is now obstructing the technological development of enterprises in China. Evidence shows that, innovation choice is important to getting over the transformation cost in the way of enterprises' technological development. |
