| 摘 要： | 商业秘密对企业的生存和发展起着关键性的作用,中国企业商业秘密由于内外原因流失严重。为创造良好的商业秘密保护环境,企业领导与员工对商业秘密要有深刻的认识,建立健全适合本企业实际的商业秘密管理机构和规章制度,加强对涉密员工和离、退休员工的管理,以预防和减少商业秘密的流失。

| Abstract: | Commercial secrets play a key role in the survival and development of enterprises.But Chinese enterprises' commercial secrets outflow seriously because of internal and external reasons.In order to create a good protective environment of commercial secret,the leader and employee of the enterprise must have a profound understanding of it,and establish a sound management structure and regulatory control system,and strengthen the management of the working staff and retired staff to prevent and stop commercial secret outflowing. |
