| 摘 要： | 国有粮食部门发展粮食产业化经营的当务之急是,应当着力打造订单粮食经营体系,包括构建粮食产业化经营微观基础,培育龙头企业;建立有中国特色的风险规避机制;结合粮食储备,导入金融机制,搞好订单粮食生产;培育大型企业集团,推进订单粮食国际化营销以及强化政府导向与监督管理。

| Abstract: | The impending task of national grain sectors in grain industrializing operation is to build the operating system by orders.It includes building the base of grain industrializing operation,cultivating the leading enterprises;building the risk avoiding maechanism with Chinese characters;combining grain storage and introducing finance mechanism,to produce grain by orders;to cultivate large industry holdings,promoting grain order's international marketing and intensifying government directing,supervising and managing. |
