| 摘 要： | 为了解决资源型城市普遍存在的资源枯竭、产业结构单一、管理体制不合理、生态环境恶化等问题，促进资源型城市的可持续发展，以黑龙江省为例，从资源型城市发展的国际环境角度，分析了全球化、知识化和生态化的国际环境对资源型城市可持续发展的影响，探讨了资源型城市可持续发展的对策。

| Abstract: | To solve the ubiquitous resource city problem such as exhausted resource, single industrial structure, unreasonable management system, deterioration of the ecological environment,etc, promoting the sustainable development of the resource type city, this text takes Heilongjiang Province as an example, from angle of international environment of resource type city development, analyses the impact of globalization, knowledge and ecological international environmental on resource type city sustainable development and probing into the countermeasure of resource type city sustainable development. |
