| 摘 要： | 工程项目投资拥有着项目投资的所有特点,而且工程项目投资的独特风险问题使得工程项目投资风险评价更具有特殊性,重点集中在方法上。文章针对工程项目投资决策中常用风险评价方法进行论述,做出对比分析,比较其中的优势劣势,并提出新的应用技巧。

| Abstract: | Engineering project investment has all the characteristics of the project investment and the unique risk of engineering project investment makes the risk assessment more especially on methods. The article for the risk assessment methods which are commonly used in the engineering project investment decision-making makes comparative analysis, comparing their advantages and disadvantages and proposes new application skills. |
