| 摘 要： | 土地规划在社会经济发展中有着举足轻重的作用;在简单介绍土地规划的基础上,分析了没有规划或规划不合理对三农问题、交通问题、污染问题、生态环境问题和区域发展的不平衡问题的影响,并提出有效避免或缓解这些问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Land planning plays an important role in society and economic development.On the basis of introducing land planning simply,this paper analyses the impact on "agriculture,peasant,rural areas problem",transportation problem,pollution problem,ecological environment problem and regional imbalance development by land planning.And then some principles are provided to avoid the problems. |
