本文针对我国钢铁企业面临进口矿价格和物流运输成本上升的压力,提出了降低进口矿采购成本和物流运输成本的一系列的途径,最后从供应链角度提出加强国内外合作,共享资源,降低整体经营成本的思路。

The Methods of Reducing the Logistics and Import Iron Ore Purchase Cost in China Steelmaking Enterprises

This article focuses the pressure of rising cost of importing iron ore purchase and logistics cost faced by China steel making plants,and proposed a series of ways of reducing the import iron ore purchase and distribution cost.Besides,from the angle of supply chain,it points out the view of strengthening the cooperation between domestic and foreign enterprises,sharing the resources and finally reduce the whole cost of enterprise operation.
