农村养老保险激励效用与农民心理预期分析

农村养老保险制度的建立是我国社会保障制度完善的重要方面，农民“是否愿意购买”和“是否能够购买”养老保险是决定农村养老保险制度推行的重要因素。文章以激励原理中的期望理论为基础，通过分析三种类型农民对待养老保险的不同态度，提出了影响农民“是否愿意购买”农村养老保险的四种心理预期，并论述了不同心理预期与农民购买养老保险激励效用的相互关系。

Analysis of the Incentive Effectiveness of Countryside Pension Insurance and Farmers' Psychological Expectations

The establishment of countryside pension insurance system is an important aspect of our country social security systems. ＂Whether farmers are willing to purchase＂ and ＂whether they can purchase＂ are important factors for the implementation of the countryside pension insurance. Based on the expectation theory, the paper analyzes the three types of farmers＇ attitude to countryside pension insurance, proposes four kind of psychological expectations which affect farmer＇s willingness to purchase the countryside pension insurance, and elaborates the relationship of the four kind of psychological expectations and the incentive effectiveness of countryside pension insurance.
