| 摘 要： | 通过对武陵山片区开展区域合作的动力进行分析,探讨了武陵山片区区域合作的发展态势以及武陵山片区区域合作存在的困境,进而提出通过构建利益表达机制、利益协调机制、利益分享补偿机制和利益保障机制等措施来实现区域合作利益平衡。
