| 摘 要： | 员工创造力是企业创新的基础与源泉,它是员工的个性品质、认知能力等内在因素和工作情境因素的特殊综合。在激发员工创造力的过程中,变革型领导通过员工的内在动机、对工作环境特别是对创新支持环境的感知、心理授权等中介变量的作用来影响追随者的创造性。在现实的管理情境中,可以通过对领导者进行变革型领导培训,通过选聘、培训、薪酬等管理方式筛选与培养高创造力的员工。

| Abstract: | The staff creativity is the foundation of enterprise innovation.The transformational leadership can stimulate staff's intrinsic motive,change the working conditions,psychological authorization and other intermediary variables to affect followers' creativity.In the reality management situation,we can train leaders,through modes of administration such as selection,training and salary to raise the staff's creativity. |
