快递行业服务水平评价指标体系及评价方法研究

摘    要:先建立快递行业的服务水平指标体系,再运用AHP和TOPSIS法对其进行进一步的演算和分析。运用这种方法,一是实现了服务水平的多目标评价,克服了以往评价标准单一的缺陷,二是基于定量的评价方法,减少了主观性,增加评价的可行度,三是整个模型是一个动态的评价过程,在指标体系的确定上允许企业根据实际情况进行调整,有较强的实用性。

Abstract:First establish express standards indicator system,and then use AHP and TOPSIS for further calculations and analysis.Use this method,one is to implement service level of multi-criteria,overcome previous evaluation standard single defect,the second is based on quantitative evaluation methods,reduces subjectivity,increase the assessment of feasibility,three is the whole model is a dynamic evaluation process,in the indicator system determines that allows enterprises to be adjusted according to prevailing circumstances,there are strong practicality.
