| 摘 要： | 文章探讨了中小企业技术创新与管理创新整合存在的问题,认为现代中小企业要突破发展“停滞”,不能仅靠单一的技术创新或管理创新,必须依靠两者的有效整合,通过技术创新增强竞争优势,以管理创新协调企业内部的矛盾,发挥整合优势。

| Abstract: | This text discusses the problems that exist in the combination of technological innovation and management innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises,it believes that if modern small and medium-sized enterprises want to break through the development"stagnation",they can't only depend on single technological innovation or management innovation,they must depend on the effective combination of technological innovation and management innovation,strengthen the competition advantage by technological innovation,and coordinate the contradiction inside enterprises with management innovation,develop combination advantage. |
