| Abstract: | This paper analyzes situation of logistics enterprises developing value-added services, proposes life cycle theory which is formed in the process of realizing value-added services, according to the life cycle management theory and the time quality of logistics value-added services, establishes the mechanism of realizing value-added services which are aimed at life cycle. Finally, the paper places a high value on analyzing the recognition stage and termination stage in life cycle. |
