| 摘 要： | Modern enterprises are in the environment changed rapidly and with keen competition. Employing professional managers to operate enterprise is an important tendency for modern＇ management. This article first reviews the background and the development course of professional manager and defines professional manager. On the base of analysis of modern professional manager＇s occupation characteristics, this paper elaborates the quality and ability that modern professional manager should possess.
