| 摘 要： | 弱势群体是社会的共同现象.在我国社会转型的特定时期,弱势群体的问题格外突出.保护弱势群体,法律必须先行.应当通过立法、司法和执法的联动,构建起多层次立体化的法律保护体系,为弱势群体的生存与发展创造一个良好环境.

| Abstract: | Unprivileged groups are a common existence in every society.In the special period of our country's social transition,problems of the unprivileged groups are extremely obvious.To protect them efficiently,law should go first.We should establish a multi-level legal-protecting system through the collaboration of the legislative,judicial and law enforcement authorities,and thus create a good environment for the existence and development of the unprivileged groups in our society. |
