In the 21st century,China’s rapid economic growth has a profound impact on all aspects of economic life.Both the rapid expansion of the economic size and resiedent’s gradually increasing income level,promote significant changes toward the marketization of China’s financial structure.Individual investment activities have become more and more active;the degree of marketization of the financial investment has dramatically enhanced;the demand for financial services exhibits the characteristics of diversity,securitization and combination.All these changes bring not only a new historical turning point,but also an important opportunity to China’s capital market.Generally speaking,securities companies,as the leading provider of financial services,usher an original development opportunity.However,what kind of securities companies in China can survive and become more powerful under fierce competitions? What kind of securities companies have a bright future? There are three essential points: firstly,systematic analyses on China’s future economic development trends and characteristics are needed,secondly,it is necessary to accurately grasp the evolution and the direction of China’s financial structure,and Thirdly,securities companies should be equipped with unique core competitiveness.This paper studies these three aspects.Meanwhile,the author puts forward some distinct perspective.
