| Abstract: | The medical system and Electricyty has one thing in common,i.e.,the characteristics of pre-common products.The medical service can apply the Electricity Charge Theory to classify its level as common health product,social medical products and personal(commercial)medical products.Then each level unites with the supply of medical service,financing and management correspondingly and thus a medical system with different levels,different supply and demand,different financing and management,different regulations and a combination of fairness and efficiency is formed. |
