| 摘 要： | 天然气行业是典型的垄断行业，其价格受政府管制由来已久．20世纪90年代以来。日本逐步放松对天然气市场的管制，采取了更加灵活的市场开发政策，促进了天然气的利用。我国天然气生产和消费所占的比重较低，应当通过放松管制加快天然气市场开发的步伐。

| Abstract: | The natural gas industry is a typical monopolized industry and its pricing has been for long under government control. Ever since the 1990s, Japan has gradually relaxed its control of the natural gas market and adopted more flexible market development policies, which much promoted the utilization of natural gas. It is found by this paper that, as the proportion of both production and consumption of natural gas is as yet comparatively low in China, we should loosen the control over it so as to promote the development of natural gas in the country. |
