| Abstract: | From small to large, from inferior to superior, from following to leading, the many changes of roles have enabled the wireless communication industry of Japan to rise rapidly in the 1990s, which, therefore, has realized its goal of catching up with the advanced world level of development. Starting from government policies, restructuring of industries, raising of manufacturing capacity and upgrading of technology, Japan has taken advantage of various means to promote the rapid rise of the industry. |
