| 摘 要： | 我国公务员和事业单位统一参加养老保险改革,走"统一模式"之路是大势所趋;建立一个统一的社会保障制度,这是全民福祉的必然要求。因此,我国应采取一揽子和一次性改革策略,使公务员和事业单位养老制度走向统一,从而完成改革重任。
