| 摘 要： | 高等学校是培养造就高素质和创新型人才的基地,文章紧密结合车辆工程专业,研究探讨大学生科技创新能力的培养模式,指出要形成科学的教育观念,树立正确的教育质量观,积极推进素质教育;要运用科学的教学方式,坚持以人为本,积极培养学生的科学精神和实践能力;要积极构建设以培养大学生科技创新能力为目标的课外学术科技创新活动平台,要加强促进大学生科技创新能力培养的各项制度体系的建设.
