俄罗斯的废物管理现状与未来对策

俄罗斯的废物回收利用在苏联解体之后基本上处于无序、无主状态,回收利用水平大大落后于发达国家,政府对这一领域的管理与调控十分薄弱。因此,有必要借鉴发达国家做法,汲取苏联时期的经验,从机制、法规和政策上完善政府调控,加强统一管理,促进废物回收利用事业迈上新台阶。
