摘    要:保障能源安全和应对气候变化是世界各国共同面临的重大课题.近年来,西方主要发达国家相继提出了建设智能电网的问题,电网的智能化已经成为国际电网发展的主要趋势.国家电网公司结合世界电网发展新趋势以及我国电网发展现状,提出了建设坚强智能电网的发展目标.从智能电网的国内外发展情况、建设智能电网的重要意义等方面出发,初步研究了智能电网评估指标体系.

Abstract:Energy security and climate change are the major issues that every country is now facing. In recent years, major western developed countries have proposed to build smart grids which are now becoming a main trend in the world. Considering the new development trends of power grids in the world and the existing situation of China's power grids, the State Grid Corporation of China(SGCC) has proposed the goal of building the strong and smart grids. A study is made on the evaluation index system for smart grid based on the status quo of smart grid development both at home and abroad.
