| 摘 要： | 科技企业孵化器是孵育新创中小型科技企业成长的摇篮,也是高新技术产业化和区域创新体系的重要组成部分。本文结合黑龙江的实际情况,研究该省科技企业孵化器发展过程中存在的问题,采用因子分析法对黑龙江省科技企业孵化器进行了定量分析和评价,提出了推进黑龙江省科技企业孵化器发展对策及措施。

| Abstract: | Technology enterprise抯 business incubator is the cradle that hatches the growth of technology enterprise of middle and small style, and the important parts that organize the advanced technology industrialization and district innovation system. In this paper, the existed problems of technology enterprise抯 business incubator were analyzed and evaluated by using the method of factor analysis. Then aiming directly at the problems, the development countermeasure was raised to improve the internationalization of business incubator. |
