| 摘 要： | 文章在对环新疆经济圈和对外贸易发展潜力两个概念进行界定的基础之上,构建了环新疆经济圈视角下新疆对外贸易发展潜力的评价指标体系,运用因子分析和综合指数的评价方法,探讨了新疆对外贸易发展潜力的趋势,最后提出了将对外贸易发展潜力转化为经济发展动力的对策和建议。
