The development process of strategic alliance includes three stages:formation?operation and termination. Within which the formation stage is very important because it is full of uncertainty and blur. It is helpful to share and innovate the resource and knowledge among the alliance members to cultivate the relationship capital in the formation stage of strategic alliance. So the paper suggests the different effective ways to manage the relationship capital to accelerate the formation and development of the alliance.
