| Abstract: | First,this article makes an analysis about current market environment and challenges many companies are confronting.After that it describes and points out the weakness of traditional supply chain management.So the agile supply chain theory is brought forward.And the theory of strategic fit is introduced.With the support of these theories,it concludes that agile supply chain has strategic advantage.The agile supply chain can just be the choice of supply chain development. |
