| 摘 要： | 为适应行政改革的需要,实现行政法治,我国颁布了《行政许可法》。但是关于森林旅游资源开发利用许可目前还没有专门的论述,文章就我国森林旅游资源开发利用许可的相关问题,进行了深入的剖析并提出建议。

| Abstract: | For adapting to the need of administrative reform and realizing legal manage state affairs,our county prints man administrative permission law.But on forest tour administrative permission have not discuss.So it is difficult to enforce permission procedure.According to these characteristics.It could design and construct a kind of new model of administrative permission system of forest tour. |
