| 摘 要： | 文章指出,产业转移是一把双刃剑,产业西移对西部地区经济发展有积极作用,但也存在着负面影响。西部地区应该通过改善投资条件、加强产业配套能力建设及发展特色优势产业等措施,并在产业升级的基础上承接产业转移。

| Abstract: | Industry transfer is a double-edged sword, which has the positive effect on developing the west area＇s economy as well as the passive side inevitably.The west area need to continue industry transfer on the base of industry upgrading, by improving the investment condition, enhancing the ability of industry configuration, developing characteristic industry with advantage, and so on. |
