| 摘 要： | 知识资本的收益应当区分私有收益和集体收益。企业组织有利于知识资本集体收益的最大化,企业组织的出现是追求知识资本集体收益最大化的结果;市场组织有利于知识学习私人收益的最大化,市场结构的形成是追求知识学习私人收益最大化的结果;网络组织是在新经济形势下对知识资本集体与私人收益最大化的综合考虑。因此,无论是企业、市场,还是介于企业与市场之间的网络组织都只是追求知识收益最大化的结果,企业、市场和网络组织在一定的条件下是可以相互替代的。

| Abstract: | Knowledge capital gains should distinguish between private benefits and collective benefits.This paper discusses the relationship between the organization and two kinds of knowledge-profit.In the perspective of knowledge-profit,the enterprise,market,or network are the result of pursuit to maximized profit of intellectual capital.These kinds of organization structures can be mutually replaced under certain conditions. |
