| 摘 要： | 作为世界科学中心的国家和区域,不仅要有生产力发展的强大推动力,而且要求与其相适应的哲学思想环境.不同思想气质的科学需要不同的社会哲学思想环境.以牛顿力学为代表的近代经典科学的中心是英国与法国,与其相适应的哲学思想环境是由对世界的"祛魅"所形成的旧唯物主义,主张客观世界是既定物质客体并存的世界.以相对论、量子力学与系统科学为代表的现代科学无法与这种世界观相容,而德国的"化魅"哲学思想为其提供了精神土壤,马克思的"实践生成论"哲学是其思想本质.
