摘    要:城镇化进程与房地产业的发展有着密不可分的联系,城镇化进程为房地产业的发展提供更加广阔的空间,房地产业的发展为城镇化的进程提供更加有力的保障。《国家新型城镇化规划(2014—2020年)》的正式发布和实施,将给我国房地产业带来深远影响和直接收益,同样也将对辽宁房地产业发展带来较大的影响。

A Brief Analysis of the Impact on Real Estate Industry by the Implementation of New-type Urbanization Planning

Abstract:It has inseparable relationship between the process of urbanization and the development of the real estate industry. Urbanization can provide wider space for the development of the real estate industry, and the development of the real estate industry should offer more powerful indemnity for the process of urbanization. As the official launch and implement of The Planning of National New- type Urbanization (2014-2020), it will bring profound influence to the real estate industry of China and the huge benefit will be received directly. At the same time, it will bring diversified effect to the real estate industry development in Liaoning province.
