| 摘 要： | 文章研究中国知识产权保护水平的测量,以揭示知识产权保护水平的地区差异。开放的发达地区具有较高的知识产权保护水平,而落后地区的保护水平较低。相关性分析表明知识产权保护水平与人均GDP相关性最大,与外向度也较大,中国开放经济发展的地区不平衡性决定了知识产权保护水平的地区差异。而与研发投入相关性弱,说明知识产权保护对技术进步的作用没有明显显现,落后地区较难认知知识产权保护的积极作用。
