| 摘 要： | 资金投入是新农村建设的物质基础和财力保障，健全完善多元化的农村投融资体系，对支持新农村建设具有深远的意义。本文从财政支农重点投向、深化农村金融体制改革、调动农民自主投资、引导社会资本、证券直接融资与吸引外资等几个方面阐述了健全农村投融资体系的路径选择，以期为河北新农村建设提供充足的资金支持。

| Abstract: | The new investment is the material basis and financial guarantee for rural development. A diversified investment and financing systems in rural areas, support the building of new counlryside with far-reaching significance. This article focused on investment from the financial support agriculture, deepen the reform of the financial system in rural areas, mobilize their own investment and guide social capital, securities and direct financing to attract foreign investment, and other areas set out in rural areas and improve the investment and financing system to choose the path with a view to building new countryside adequate financial support. |
