| 摘 要： | 温州经济是民本经济，民营企业对温州经济有着举足轻重的影响．研究温州民营企业的发展对温州经济发展至关重要。但是温州民营企业总体规模过小．该文就此问题进行实证分析和探讨，希望能对民营企业发展有所帮助。
