| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析广东土地利用规划数据库的现状特点以及土地规划管理的信息化现状，提出构建广东省土地利用规划省市县乡四级联动的信息化管理体系的设想，并总结了体系构建的现有基础和预期效益。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the present characteristics of land use planning database of Guangdong Province as well as the present situation of land use planning information management,the paper proposes an idea that is constructing land use planning information management system linking at four levels of Guangdong Province and summarizes the present foundation and expected benefits of system construction. |
