| 摘 要： | 建筑生产系统的可控性和人造性，决定了生产事故可预防的性质。只要我们按照安全生产法规和技术规范行事，通常事故是可以避免的。人身伤亡事故的预防除了要通过教育和管理手段来实现外，更重要的是要采用科学、合理的工业安全技术措施。

| Abstract: | The controllability and artificiality of construction production system decide the preventable nature of production accidents. Provided the safety production rules and technique regulation are abided by, normal accidents can be avoided. Besides education and management, the precaution of casualty accidents shall be promoted by more scientific and reasonable industry safety technique measures. |
