西部地区金融发展与产业结构调整关系的实证研究—以甘肃省为例

本文通过建立向量自回归(VAR)模型,对甘肃省金融相关率FIR、金融效率FE和产业结构优化率ISR、产业结构升级率ISU之间的关系作实证研究,并通过脉冲响应函数和方差分解来观测金融发展与产业结构调整之间的动态影响及效果。结果表明:金融深化的提升对甘肃省产业结构优化和产业结构升级均具有正向推动作用,金融效率的提高只能促进产业结构升级;从长期来看金融发展对产业结构调整具有积极的促进作用。

The Empirical Study on the Relationship of Financial Development and the Industrial Structure Adjustment in Western Areas -- Based on Gansu Province

In this paper, through establishing the Vector Auto-regression Model, we make an empirical study on the finance-related rate（FIR）,the financial efficiency （FE）, the industrial structure optimization rate（ISR） and the industrial structure upgrading rate（ISU） of Gansu Province, and through the impulse response function and the variance decomposition method observing the dynamic effects and results of the relationship between financial development and industrial restructuring. The result shows that the promotion of the financial deepening has a positive function for both industrial structure optimization and the industrial structure updating, and the financial efficiency only promotes the industrial structure upgrading. From a long period, financial development has a positive role in promoting industrial restructuring.
