| 摘 要： | 本文从发展研究的角度出发，梳理了行动研究的概念、行动研究背后的哲学与实践反思、行动研究与常规研究的区别，并探讨了行动研究所面临的挑战。本文认为，行动研究是一种新的研究范式，它需要研究者构建一套全新的知识、态度和技能体系。在行动研究中，“研究”与“行动”的边界已变得相当模糊，研究者与实践者相互协作、又各有侧重，共同推动研究目标的实现；这个“目标”也不再仅仅遵从常规研究中“发现知识”的旨趣，而是尝试将“发现知识”、“应用知识”、“传播知识”等本来在“科技转移模式”中不同阶段的目标在同一平台上进行了某种程度的结合。
