基于物联网技术的政务流程再造研究综论

在科技高速发展的信息时代,物联网是信息产业新一轮竞争中的焦点,其对于世界经济、政治、文化、军事等各个方面都会产生重大的影响,同时也为社会管理提供新的视角。要顺利发展互联网就要求对政务流程进行再造,有效地降低运作成本,提高行政效率。本文在阐述物联网的概念、分析物联网体系架构和核心技术的基础上,试图研究将物联网技术应用于政务流程再造的公共服务平台建设和机构职能精简,以期利用物联网的信息平台,更好地完善政务流程再造。

Research on Government Process Reengineefing Based on Intemet of Things

In the information era with rapid development in technology, Interact of Things is the focus of a new round of competition in the information industry, which will have significant impact on the world economy, politics, culture, military and other aspects, and it will also provide a new perspective for social management. With the fast development of modem information technology, e-government has gradually become the mainstream of the government to carry out work, which would require government process reengineering to reduce operating cost effectively and improve administrative efficiency. Internet of Things can just meet the need of process reengineering and provide strong technical support for it. This paper describes the concept of IOT, analyses its architecture and core technology, based on which the study attempts to apply IOT to the construction of public service platform and simplification of institutional function, expecting to take advantage of the information platform of IOT to perfect government process reengineering.
