商业银行债券业务组织管理体系研究

债券业务对于我国商业银行来说，是一个富于挑战性的新的领域。它具有涉及面广，动作复杂等特点、要充分发挥其在银行经营管理中的作用，就必须建立健全与之相适应的、科学的组织管理体系和动作体系。而目前我国商业银行的组织管理体系依然是以满足传统意义上的存、贷款业务为主，不能适应债券业务的发展。本文从某市商业银行有模式出发，讨论其存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了一种改进的模式。

Study on the System of Organization Administration in Commercial Banks Bond Business

As far as China commercial banks are concerned, bond business is a new field withchallengc. It has some characteristics, for instance, it involves a wide field and operates com-plexly. In order to bring into full play the bond business in administration and operation ofcommercial banks, we must establish and amplify scientific system of organization administra-tive and operation. But at present, the system of organization administration of China's com-mercial banks still hold sway on satisfying traditionally deposition and loan business, cannotadapt the devclopment of bond business. From the practical point of view of the commercialbank in a certain city, the paper discusses its problems and on such a base, the paper offers abetter mode of improvement.
