The Implications of Transformation:A Reconsideration on the Transformation Puzzle of Modern Countries

The paper is trying to research the transition from the point of view of economic history. The basic point is that the transition countries have a commonness with the modern underdeveloped countries. Historically, both of them have missed a certain important economics stage in the course of development. It is the missed stage that is exactly the origin of getting behind and the reason for them to search for improving. From the point of view of the economic history, the paper puts back the transition countries as to the earlier economic condition on the assumption of defining them as an institution of "non- historical - artificial form". On a comparative study with the evolutionary course of developed countries, which have an institution of "history - natural form", the paper comes to a conclusion of economics significance of transition generally.
