| 摘 要： | 在土地征用(征收)的众多问题中，征地安置补偿问题一直是土地征用(征收)过程中的焦点问题。这些问题的存在既降低了土地的合理配置，又影响了社会的安定，因此亟需完善和规范。在就现行土地征用(征收)过程中存在的问题进行综述探讨的基础上，通过对河北省沧州市区土地征用补偿标准的研究分析，进而提出了关于土地征用(征收)革新的几点建议，以期能够完善、规范我国的土地征用(征收)制度。

| Abstract: | The problem of compensation has always been a focus in land requisition or land collection,which not only prevents the reasonable allocation of land but also affects social stability. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current land compensation standards in Cangzhou,Hebei Province,this paper puts forward some suggestions in hope of offering some reference and inspiration for the improvement and reform of land requisition or land collection system in China. |
