从技术学习到创新的转换:一个基本框架

知识源、学习和创新之间的一一对应关系是技术学习向创新转换的前提,内部条件的支持和外部条件的保证是这种转换的基础。从技术学习到创新的转换需要经过外部知识的学习、内部知识的积累和新知识的产生、依赖型创新以及自主创新四个阶段。前两个阶段是技术学习与创新能力的积累过程,后两个阶段则是在创新能力提高基础上的依赖型工艺的创新、隐性知识的外显化以及独立创新能力的形成过程。

Transformation from Technological Learning to Innovation: A Basic Frame

Relations among knowledge sources,learning and innovation are premises which technological learning transforms to innovation,supporting of inner conditions and guaranty of outside conditions are the bases of transformation.The process of transformation passes through four stages including knowledge learning,inner knowledge accumulation and new knowledge occurring,outside dependence of behavior and independence of behavior.The former two stages are technological learning and accumulation of innovational capability;the latter two stages are dependent process innovation based on innovation capability enhancement and revealment of tacit knowledge and forming of independent innovation capacity.
