我国工业化中后期企业大型化趋势与特征

本文首先指明中国目前处于工业化中后期,面临着结构调整的巨大压力,而结构调整的一个重要内容是产能的重组与淘汰——即企业的大型化。其次,结合我国现阶段国情,在经济学上详细论证了大型化的优势。再次,文章比较和分析了日本企业大型化成功例子。最后我们认为,在现阶段,国家应该推行把“大型化”作为微观经济主体的战略方向之一。

The Tendency and characteristics of Chinese Large-scale Enterprises during the Middle-later Period of Industrialization

This paper thinks that the industrialization of China is at the mid-late stage, which faced enor- mous pressure of structural adjustment. However, an important part of the restructuring is reorganization and capacity elimination, which means Large-scale Enterprise. Secondly, linking up with the actual situation of our country, the paper demonstrates large-scale industries＇ advantages in economics. Third, this article com- pared and analyzed the Japanese successful lessons in Large-scale Enterprise. Finally, we believe in the cur- rent period, our country should implement the ＂Large-scale Enterprise＂ as one of most important strategies in the micro-economic.
