| 摘 要： | 事业单位养老保险制度改革要求职业年金的建立。本文详细分析了职业年金的建立给不景气的企业年金市场带来了新机遇，但同时也带来了挑战。企业年金的管理机构应采取措施抓住这次机遇，拓展年金市场。同时，本文还提出了相应的政策建议以完善目前的年金市场，提高年金市场的运作，以真正实现企业年金的养老功效。
