我国证券公司目前实行股权激励的部分背景条件正逐步形成,但是仍存在制约因素,而且可供复制的相关成功实践较少。因此,全面开展证券公司股权激励还为时过早,证券监管部门应引导先试点再推行,使得股权激励为证券业发展发挥积极作用。

Contemplations on the Feasibility of Implementing Stock-based Incentive Schemes in Chinese Securities Firms

In recent years, many Chinese securities firms have implemented stock-based incentive scheme, and this fact is significant enough to draw serious contemplation. There are pros and cons of implementing stock-based incentive scheme in theoretical sense. Though some prerequisites are in position, it is still not an appropriate time to promote stock-based incentive scheme in all securities firms. The article suggests regulatory authority to try a pilot run first and promote it gradually, in order to exert the positive effect of stock-based incentive scheme.
