企业核心竞争力的综合评价研究

将企业资源和能力统一于企业竞争力之下，通过辨识企业核心竞争力，建立了一套核心竞争力的综合评价指标体系，并根据企业核心竞争力的模糊性等特点，利用灰色系统理论评价企业核心竞争力。作为一种尝试，企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系主要是针对制造工业，不完全适用于服务业，在实际工作中，可根据企业内外环境的变化对评价指标体系加以修正调整，使评价的结果更符合实际。

Research on Evaluating the Core Competitiveness of Enterprises

On the basis of identifying the core competitiveness, the thesis established the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness and appraised the core competitiveness of enterprises by taking advantage of theory of gray system. As a try,the evaluating target system for core competitiveness of enterprises is mainly directed at manufacturing industry.It does not fully apply to service trades.In practical work,it can revise the system according to the exterior and inferior changes of the enterprises,in order to make the result accord with the fact.
